The covers have a nice amount of stretch which allows them to fit a wide size range even without rise snaps.
Why not offer a one size? Wool is thicker than PUL and therefore rise snaps haven’t given us the most trim fit, A sized system ensures an excellent & trim fit at every stage.

Wool should ideally be hand washed. The agitation from a washing machine can cause wool to felt and shrink. It’s not the end of the world, particularly if done on the delicate/wool cycle, but it’s not something we recommend.
Wool covers require washing every few weeks, or when you notice a smell. If any poop gets on a cover, it's time to wash. After normal use, it's normal for the inside of a wool cover to feel a bit damp due to its water-resistant nature, but it can also absorb up to 30% of its weight if it becomes quite damp. Simply remove the cover and set it out to dry. Once dry, the moisture will have evaporated, leaving no lingering smell - it's clean and ready to use again. This self-cleaning phenomenon is why wool is highly regarded. If the outer part of your cover becomes very damp, consider increasing absorbency or using more lanolin.
